Shipping & Returns Policy

At Kutty Chuvdi, we carefully pack and ship every order with love.

Shipping Information:

• 📦 Orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
• 📮 We deliver within Malaysia only (for now!).
• 📦 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
• 📧 You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds:

As a small business dealing with children’s books, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly.

• 📮 தற்பொழுது மலேசியா இல் மட்டுமே அனுப்புகிறோம்.
• 📦 அனுப்பும் கட்டணம் பொருளின் எடையும் இடத்தையும் பொருத்து கணக்கிடப்படும்.
• 📧 அனுப்பிய பிறகு, ட்ராக்கிங் நம்பரை வழங்குகிறோம்.

திரும்பப்பெறும் மற்றும் பணத்தை மீளளிக்கும் விதிமுறைகள்:

குழந்தைகள் புத்தகங்களைப் பொறுத்தவரை, பொதுவாக திரும்பப்பெறல் இல்லை. ஆனால், நீங்கள் பெற்ற பார்சலில் புத்தகம் சேதமாக இருந்தால், தவறான புத்தகம் வந்தால் அல்லது அடையவில்லை என்றால், 3 நாட்களில் எங்களைத் தொடர்புகொள்ளலாம்.

உடனடியாக மாற்றம் அல்லது பணம் திருப்பித் தர ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படும்.
