Q: What kinds of books do you sell?
We offer a carefully selected range of Tamil and English children’s books, including moral stories, picture books, activity books, early learning titles, and storybooks for different age groups.
Q: Are your books suitable for all ages?
Most of our books are ideal for babies, toddlers, and children aged 1–10 years. Each product page includes recommended age ranges to help you choose.
📦 Orders & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite books to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made through our secure online payment options. You also can DM us through Instagram page to purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Billplz, FPX, Payex, and other local bank transfer options available at checkout.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days for West Malaysia, and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only deliver within Malaysia. We hope to expand internationally soon!
🔄 Returns & Issues
Q: Can I return or exchange a book?
We do not accept returns unless the book is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
🎁 Gift Orders
Q: Can I send books as a gift?
Absolutely! Just leave a note at checkout, and we’ll pack your order neatly. You can also request a simple gift message.
